Last night, in our NH HC clear i experienced several times that BoS/Pillar was on cooldown, but still saved runes and runic power. I had to manually press some abilities so it would get capped all the time. This happened several times, and my DPS wasnt what it used to be. (like earlier version) |

Prepare phase begins 15 seconds before the BoS ready. |

Yeah, thats the point. Forgot to mention. It pooled resources Even though BoS was NOT available in 15 seconds. It didnt happen every time, but 3-5 times om bosses, i started looking for issues when my dps was not what it used to be |
